The units
I just want to point out that in the tutorial, people should pay attention to the units that they use.
In the 'm_generic_neuron_from_json.py' file there is a line:
baseunits2 = [('mV', 1), ('ms', 1),('second', 1), ('cm2', 1), ('cm3', 1), ('uF', 1), ('psiemens', 1), ('um2', 1), ('msiemens', 1), ('cm', 1), ('kelvin', 1), ('mM', 1), ('mol', 1), ('uA', 1), ('mjoule', 1), ('coulomb',1), ('ufarad',1)]
For, example, If you have a model that contains both ms and second as units, be careful that you should change the number one in front of one of them to make them equal according to their units. (for example:('ms', 1),('second', 1000)).
So this is not mentioned in the README part, and now the code as it is may make some problems for people who are not aware of this issue.
Suggestion is either make some notes in the README part or make a part that people should say that which of the units are their base units. maybe also adding a part that convert all the units to the one that user choosing is not a bad idea.
